St. Mary’s RC Primary School wear their uniform with pride. Our uniform shows that we are part of the St. Mary’s RC Primary School community. We have the highest expectations from our students with regards to school uniform and appearance, and strongly believe that our high standards promote positive behaviour, support effective teaching and learning and contribute to the ethos of the school.

In summer (when we return after the Easter break to the end of Autumn Term 1) when we experience much warmer weather, there is an option to wear alternate uniform:
Please note that trousers and shorts worn in school for uniform must be appropriate uniform style material and ‘cut’, not sportswear or fashion styles.
The school strongly discourages the wearing of expensive clothing items as the school cannot take responsibility for loss or damage of items of clothing.
(Please note that the majority of your child’s PE lessons will be undertaken outside)
All PE kit clothing excluding trainers should not display any visible logo, meaning no sports logo such as North Face, Under Armour, Nike, Adidas etc.
Children can come to school in their PE kits on their allocated PE days, which can change termly. Please note that correct PE uniform must be worn on these days in line with policy and branded or expensive items must not be worn.
Please use this link for branded items however this is not compulsory.
