Reading

During the school closure, it is vital that your child maintains their reading. Please encourage your child to read everyday and take any opportunity that you can to share a book with your child.

Comprehension

Your child will have brought home a comprehension book to enable them to maintain their comprehension skills; it would really help if you could encourage your child to complete one or two of these a week. To really get the most out of these books, it would be great if an adult could go through their answers with them and discuss any misconceptions.
