This is a great task to get you thinking about all of the different things that help you to feel good and function well, so that you can recognise all that is already available to you and also perhaps add a few extra new ideas into your ‘toolkit’. Express yourself! 

The BBC have put together a variety of photographs which illustrate the ways in which individuals have expressed their feelings whilst social distancing and self-isolating. Have a look at the photographs on the link below.


Once you have explored the photographs create a piece of work to express your own feelings about social distancing and your time spent in lockdown. You may wish to present your ideas using photography, drawing, painting, music or dance.

Everybody worries. Use the link below to read the story Everybody Worries . The story provides useful information about how to cope with the things that make us feel anxious and worried.


Create a poster to inform people on the strategies that they can use to help them to cope with their worries.
