Year 4

Below is work that has been planned for Year 4 pupils during self-isolation.

 

  • Please chose ONE activity from the grid below to complete each day.  Please use your school yellow exercise book for your daily math questions and any work chosen from the grid. Any hand writing or spelling should go into your larger pink exercise book.
  • You could add photographs too!
  • Remember to use neat handwriting and the spellings you already know. 
  • Daily math questions will be posted at the beginning of each day by MS Stephenson and Mrs Lee.  The answers will then be uploaded ready for the next morning  for the children to self-mark.  This is a great opportunity to discuss misconceptions. We will also post two daily Maths challenges for the children to complete. You can choose to do one or both of the challenges.
  • It is very important to help to support your local community at this time, write a letter or draw a picture to someone in self-isolation, facetime or telephone anyone who is on their own.
  • Please continue to read books from home and school.

  • Keep up your TTRockstars and Spelling Shed apps.

9.00-9:30  Get Active with The Body Coach on YouTube. Take part in his daily workout sessions.

9:30-10:00  TTRS and Spelling Shed.

10:00- 10:45 Maths activity

Break 

11:00-11:15  Handwriting and Spellings.

11:15-12:00 Writing activity and reading.

Choose one of the 15 activities to do at home to complete.
